Welcome to Entry ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related website services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Entry provides a minimalist mobile daily journal service designed around a 150-character limit per day and an automated entry lockout mechanism at midnight (12:00 AM local time). The app operates on a daily habit structure supported by optional push notifications and account features.
To access cloud synchronization and related features, you may register using Sign In with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities conducted under your account.
Entry may offer a free trial period or promotional access. Following any trial period, access to core app functions may require an active paid subscription (such as Monthly or Annual plans).
You retain ownership of the content you submit within the app ("User Content"). You acknowledge and accept the core functional design: entries are intended to lock at midnight (12:00 AM local time) and may not be editable or retroactively modified thereafter. We are not responsible for unedited, missed, or lost entries resulting from this operational design or technical delays.
While we strive to keep the service available, we reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time for maintenance, security, or operational improvements without prior liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entry, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including data loss or unavailable journal entries.
